It was the first time I had used these guys and it certainly won't be the last.
I bought a few items from them, one of which was the automatic bottle filler. I had been a little sceptical when I seen the item but wanted to get it anyway, as bottling wine would be so much quicker if I could just leave the thing to fill while I corked the previous bottle. As soon as I got the kit I pulled out the auto filler to give it a whirl. Much to my disappointment when it clicked closed it still sprayed out water. The seal wasn't good at all so the floor ended up soaked when I pulled it out of the bottle. After checking the instructions I determined that it was faulty so got in contact with brew2bottle. I got a very quick response from them, along with an apology for the faulty item and a determination to sort out the issue ASAP.
I sent off the faulty item, it was tested and a new one was sent out. This process was handled very quickly and I received my replacement today. The new one does exactly what it says on the tin so I'm looking forward to trying it out for real. The communication throughout the time has been fantastic and to top it off my postage costs were credited to me without me even mentioning it.
