Hello fellow brewers i went to dry hop my latest brew and the krausen was a thick creamy coating sitting on top of the wort. I have never had this before on any of my previous brews and just wondering why this has happened. Its like a thick coating of cream and not the usual foam like krausen. It smells lovely but just something that i have never seen before, its like a coating of double cream with air bubbles. I dont think its an infection but just curious as to why its so creamy?
