Maybe you should try the Mangrove Jacks Helles . It's much lower on bitterness 18 to 24 Ibu but it does require additional brewing sugar or enhancer.

I’ve actually just started that a couple of days ago!!!! So will see how that goes.

I think some people may not realise that Clint. Bitter is a misconstrued term in modern British Ale.
