Hi guys, what's the procedure for adding rolled oats to a mash ? Is there anything you have to do to them before hand like grinding or soaking or do you just mix them in amongst your grain and mash as normal ?
 
I have left them whole and blitzed them in the food processor, made no difference in the end.Add a handful of rice hulls to help with sparge if you do one.
