using fresh elderflowers for ale

make a bitter and put in 1 pag of elderflower heads for 5 gallons of pale ale no yeats pitched and use the wild yeast on the flowers to ferment the ale will this work also getting elder flavour at the same time maybe using 1 bag at the 5 min mark of the boil just to get more aroma?

I'm going to try using elderflowers instead of hops 10 mins from end of boil, have to wait a month or two for them to come out. Someone must have tried something similar before and could perhaps advise the best method.
