User upper brew

I'm thinking of doing a user upper brew to get rid of some odds and ends.

2kg Pale malt
1.5kg wheat
500g Vienna
350g Maris Otter
250g Munich
200g caramalt

Single Hop Hull Melon 7.2 AA 20g at 60, 25g at 15

Yeast either us west coast or Hefeweizen

Thoughts?

I've also got some other hops, Chinook, Cascade, and Sorachi Ace which I could use instead.

I'd add more wheat if I had it!

Tbh it's for my father in law. He's impressed with my beers so far and wants to take the leap into AG.

I may give him something simpler if I manage to get a homebrew order delivered in time for father's day. I'll have it prepared for him in any case so it's basically an AG kit for him.

My wife has ordered the bible for him if he gets along with AG, if not it's for me thumb
