Use it Up brew

Following comments about the freezer being littered with half used packs of hops, today is a use it up brew.
3.2 Maris Otter
250 flaked barley
250 medium crystal
250 lager malt
Start
15g fuggles
8g Admiral
Middle
25g Golding
Whirlfloc
End
25g Willamette
Wilko yeast.
18l brew with target og 1048 & 36 IBU. Est 4.7% abv.

Mashing now. No idea what it'll end up like but the freezer is tidier :) till next time.

I agree with the Baron. Looks like a nice best bitter.
It's about time I had a good clear-out, too.

Thats what I'm hoping for :)

Pitched this afternoon at 1046 & 28C. So far so good. Minor mishap with my cooling setup but 5 mins had a quick bodge in place. Needs sorting for next time.
