Ultimate Sloppy Pastrami Sandwich

Well Illness has been rife in the pumblechook house this week, so I have had nothing nice to eat all week, (couldn't swallow anything for 3 days) so tonight I decided To have a sloppy sandwich.

Ingredients
1 pack cheshire smokehouse pastrami
1 red onion sliced
2 tblespoons djion mustard
3 rounds toast
1/4 pint of beer (i used my pink sheild)
salt & plenty of freshly ground pepper

Mustard and beer all mixed up

Pastrami onions and mustard and beer mix warming in frying pan.

First layer

The smell and hunger took over then no more photos sorry, but I can assure you it was bloody lovely, I even licked the plate :)

Feck test on the Pink sheild

I am feeling much better thanks Callum, just a hint of a sore throat to get rid of i am defo getting back on track. But have been pretty rotten all week, my colleagues have been telling me to go home every day this week, but have just got on with it, Just got the missus to deal with now she has been levelled by the flu, yesterday, I was having to carry her to the loo last night because she was too weak to get out of bed. I'm not sure if we both haven't had a dose of the swine flu. oink oink.

The beer and the sandwich were the best medicine I have had all week any way,
