I don't think he was "having a pop" at Uber at all, the article just mentioned that he worked for them. What did you think was critical of Uber? Also, probably no need to specifically mention the race of the attackers given there were prominent photos two of them right there in the article, surely?Was the Pizza cold or something?
Oh. I read it. That he worked for Uber had nothing to do with the fact he was threatening a group who was stealing his moped. The Editor just thought he would have a pop at Uber rather than mention the gang were black. Probably an easier victim.
Interesting you get a lighter sentence if you bludgeon someone to death rather than use a knife, and only 14 years if you kill them by running them over in a car.
Strange times.
I prefer the American model. Life imprisonment for most things and you get to manufacture a range of goods for free.
