brewed a St Austell "proper job" clone at the weekend as it was around 5.5 ABV I made up 2 yeast starters to give it a good start. I've just realised that one was Nottingham yeast and the other was Windsor yeast. Everything seems to be going well, but I was just wondering what effect, if any, mixing 2 different yeasts together would have
