Regular.
Im a new brewer, just on my second kit but wouls appreciate a bit of advice from the experts.
Im brewing a coopers real ale kit, and following some advice i have received i decided to do a 2 stage fermentation, so after a week i transferred the beer to the secondary fv. At this point there was still some activity, bubbles rising, and the gravity was 1.020.
Its now been over 2 days since i did this and there has been no activity at all, no bubbling. It looks completely flat and dead, no foam on top at all.
The temperature has been a constant 20° in my brewing cupboard, the gravity reading was taken at the correct temp and i sanitised thoroughly before transfer.
Any ideas why it stopped dead as soon as i transfered, or what i should do?
Cheers.
