I'm going to bottle my gallon of turbo cider today.
I went a bit overboard on the sugar but. I used

1kg of sugar
4 litres of apple juice from lidl
1 teaspoon of super wine yeast
1 teaspoon of pectolase
1 teaspoon of citric acid
1 teaspoon of glycerol

It took just under 2 weeks to ferment and when it started fermenting it was bubbling like mad.
Will prime the bottles with a desert spoon of sugar later then bottle it.

I hope you're using big bottles, a heaped teaspoon is fine for 500ml, much more than that and you might have some exploding bottles!

I make my turbo cider without any extra sugar (except for priming) and it comes in at about 5.5%. Your stuff will be like rocket fuel.
