Been asked to make some turbo cider

done some before but it was very very dry

assume cider yeast should be used

been looking on YouTube etc

suggestion made to use a non fermentable sugar which I assume is a sweetener tablet or in granular form

dont want sweet like woodpecker just like say strongbow

so the sweetener , how much would you use in a 5l demijohn ?

or indeed any other tips
Thanks

I watched a vid link posted on the forum last night by "brewer Ben" who profiled 4 yeasts. After having watched it it seems he got the best taste from using an ale yeast however it didn't hold the sediment too well but the aroma seemed to be good too. So. That's what I bought today. Ale yeast. I plan to get the juice imminently from Lidl then off I go.

For sweetener I read to use about half to 1 level teaspoon per ltr. SO for a DJ - up to 5 teaspoons.

I'm following the TC recipe found in the forum.
