I thought I'd give some Turbo Cider a go. Filled a Demi John with about 4 litres of AJ, 1tsp pectalose, 70g sugar. Original Gravity of 1043 which sounded good. Pitched the yeast - and two hours later bubbles are appearing through the airlock. Joy! Then......
 Dawning realisation that I've whacked all the AJ into the DJ in one go.

After an emergency Heath Robinson effort to make a bung and airlock fit an old Weston's Scrumpy 2Ltr bottle, I've decanted 1 ltr out of the main DJ into this.

Will this wreck one or both batches (not that I care about the 1Ltr - just though I might be able to save it)?

Shouldn't think so. When they have calmed down bung em back together and sit in the bath or on a tray for a few hours/days. I made the same mistake only last week. And I've been brewing on and off for a while. I forgot pectolase in my last one. :-(
