just started my third turbo cider this time all i added to the juice was one and a half teaspoons of citric acid and a sachet of cider yeast O.G was 1052 straight from the carton so i hope to get a a.b.v of 6.9 the first one was 6.9 and the second 7.4 the later being to much and not as nice as the first so fingers crossed will let you know how it turns out :
