When the one that shall not be named sends me to do food shopping, I have to stop at the ale shelf's and see what tickles my fancy to try. Well last night had some Badger, Dandelion ale, OMG loved it very nice deaf on my yum yum list and will have a go at that when I get my gear up and running. Also got a bottle from brew dog called Punk IPA now they say labeling can sale a product, let me share what it says on the side:

quote" This is not a lowest common denominator beer.

This is an aggressive beer.

We don't care if you don't like it.

We do not merely aspire to the proclaimed heady heights of conformity through neutrality and blandness.

It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to appreciate the depth, character and quality of this premium craft brewed beer.

You probably don't even care that this rebellious little beer contains no preservatives or additives and uses only the finest fresh natural ingredients.

just go back to drinking your mass marketed, bland, cheaply made watered down lager, and close the door behind you."

Now after reading a lable like that had to buy some to try, and tonight is going to be the testing night  can not wait.

Punk IPA is hell of a beer :thumb:
I hope that you like hoppy, bitter beers though ;)

If you think that label is good get yourself a bottle of Brewdogs Hardcore IPA

ha ha same here, punk dog IPA is very tasty - i like pale hoppy brews :drink:

I love Punk IPA - the beers of Brewdog are the only ones I allow myself to buy at the moment.

The bottles are also very good to squirrel away for when I get around to doing a monster beer of my own (I have about 40 at the moment).

I have a rule . . . If a 15 minute soak in Chlorinated Caustic does not remove the label . . . bin the bottle . . . Which means I throw all my brewdog bottles . . . . Shame as they would be ideal for the stronger brews . . . Not as convenient as Butwiper Minis at 207ml . . . but it's better beer.
