Trouble reaching Malt Miller?

Anyone having trouble reaching Rob @ Malt Miller? I'm wanting to buy a boiler but have some questions. I e-mailed on Sunday night and again yesterday but still nothing :wha:

Bit strange, everyone always says how good their service is :hmm:

That is strange. I've never waited longer than a couple of hours for a reply to an e mail. He is attending TST but that should not make any difference.
Try one of the phone numbers tomorrow if still no reply someone will be there to answer.

Whats your query re the boiler, perhaps we can help.

Basically I've got my heart set on one of his 50l ones...but they're out of stock. Have a few mods id like him to make too

His stock is ever changing IF its out of stock it will not be for long. He also might have one or two on the premises, just showing out of stock on the web page.
His web site shows the prices for holes drilled for elements, taps and sight tubes etc and the appropriate taps tubes etc to fit.
He will quote you for bottom draining conversion too.
