I actually hunting a receipe , my great grandfather ( J Trivett) used to be the owner of the Red Lion Market Bosworth Leicestershire, at the turn of the 1900's, which consequently became a Hoskins pub and in the 1980's served Trivett Ale,

I have since become an all grain brewer and thought it was time to revive the family brew, i have e-mailed what remains of Hoskins and had no response , so if anyone as historic receipes or ideas on the brew please let me know
