Going to brew this. Seems Honey malt isn`t very available over here.
Do you think Pale Ale Propino or Extra Pale MO will be a good base Malt.??

Any input would be great before I brew.

5.0 oz Oats, Flaked (1.0 SRM) 2.3 %

8 ml HopShot [10.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min
8.0 oz Turbinado [Boil for 15 min](10.0 SRM)

2.00 oz Citra [12.00 %] - Steep/Whirlpool 30.0 min
2.00 oz Mosaic (HBC 369) [12.25 %] - Steep/Whirlpool 30.0 min
1.00 oz Simcoe [13.00 %] - Steep/Whirlpool 30.0 min

Melanoidin is purportedly similar to honey malt, though I remember reading a thread complaining that it isn't that close and that the honey malt sold in the UK is just melanoidin repackaged.
 
I saw that on HBC, but £7 delivery on a 500G bag.
Tad steep as I goto MaltMiller for grains and hops
 
Brewing it this weekend but struggling about water profile and how to adjust it for 200:100 chloride to sulfate......:-(
