Translucent film on beer

I've noticed a clear film on my beers in the FV. It's nothing that seems to suggest any kind of infection or issue, almost like a bit of water on oil.

I'm thinking this could be remnants of Star San in the fv and when removing a sample with a sanitised turkey baster? Or maybe even oil from the hops?

Any ideas?

It's almost certainly hop oils

I think probably hop oils too. It's not Starsan, that doesnt sit on top.
