Hi to all homebrewers out there, I am new to homebrewing but have made a quick transition to all grain brewing having brewed abaut 4 batches with fantastic results. My question is how long should i leave the fermenting beer in the primary befor transfering, I normaly leave it for 7 days can i leave it longer or should I transfer sooner, my latest brew is a dark laga similar I hope to Samual Adams Boston Laga, its the first time I have brewed a laga & was also wondering how long To laga for, I have used Saflaga S23, is this ok? :
