transfer beer?

hello all

wonder if someone could help me.
got 40 pints in shed been out there in presure barrel for bout 3 weeks looks clear ish but taste flat ish.
now i have just got a cornelius keg can i transfer the beer into that without harming it?
if so would it be on to co2 it up?

In theory, yes. You'll want to minimise any contact with oxygen, i.e. no splashing and you'll need to re-prime (somewhere warm) but other than that you should be fine.

Can you not live with a flat-ish beer?

What brew is it? Also as it's a bit warmer at the moment it will take longer to condition. Don't think you'll need to re-prime if you're using gas but as Jonny said be careful not to oxidise it when transfering

you won't need to keep it warm , as injecting it with co2 is all you need but as said you then need to cold store so c02 is absorbed into brew

Missed your 'co2 it up' comment. Clearly no need to re-prime if you're going to force carbonate.

Co2 will absorb at higher temperatures as well, you just need to increase the pressure on your regulator.
