too much water in the mash

please tell me what kind of disaster i could expect if i was to mash with say 15 liters instead of the correct 10 for my recipe..

You are safe up to 4 times grain volume (I think I even heard 5 somewhere ..... But definitely 4 is safe).
I always go for 3x myself as it makes for an easier mixture to stir.
 
It will have no effect at all I mash full boil length so for a 5 gallon brew that would be 30L and still get efficencies of 75%.

There was a great piece of research done about it, the enzyme contact is the only worry and it isn't, temperature of mash is everything.
