Yes and no, it's only rated to 10Amp (long working time) so you'll have to be careful as to what element you use.
Watts/volts=amps, so say 2.75kw (2750w) element/230v = 11.95A. In practice many parts are under rated, but use at your own risk.
 
Looks okay, and you may be able to swap out the SSR for a higher rating. It seems to come with a PT100 sensor, so should be fine. Not a bad price for a made up unit. You should also check out Cedaronics. He has some made up units, but they are more expensive. But then again he uses decent components and is in the UK.
 
I did have a look at the Cedaronics webpage but he only seems to have heat trace cable for sale at the moment. I'm not really in a rush so I'll see what's available in september when I plan to finish of my build.
