The bitter that I have brewed for the forum brew (Kingpin) has dropped so bright in the FV's that I can't believe that there is any yeast still in suspension. That being the case what should I do when bottling? I was thinking of transferring to another FV and adding some of the yeast cake (about 2 tbsp) and stirring in then bottling. Will this work? I just want to know that there is yeast in there to process the priming sugars when I bottle?
