Was thinking of something along the lines of

10% Munich
10% Aromatic
10% Torry Wheat
5% Dark Crystal
65% Pale

SO4 yeast

Home grown fuggles/phoenix/admiral hop mix to around 40 IBU

What thinks the forum?

Slight changes made due to impulsive behaviour......

Final grain bill for 23litres (One cornie and a half dozen or so bottles)

2kg Pale
2kg Munich
.5kg Aromatic
.25kg Dark Crystal

Also, and done with a glucan rest
0.4kg Flaked Barley
0.1kg Pale

total grain bill 5.25kg.

Should give me a rich, smooth and malty bitter.

Still going with SO4 yeast and home-grown hops.
