This is the first kit I did starting back into home brew

Single can with a pack of yeast and a pack of hop enhancer

I used brewers sugar as recommended by my local home brew store

Okay after several equipment problems got it into bottles

Started drinking it last weekend

On opening the bottle nice little hiss the small amount of sediment is well compacted and pours very nicely used a real ale glass with an engraved head keeper in the bottom of it very nice crisp white head on a very dark beer lifted up to the light nice red colour shows through

Now I don't really know what is meant by mouthfeel etc but it was very nice and crisp flavour with a nice bitterness as swallowed
I am more of a brown ale guy but found this to be a nice ale and had to fight off all the other offers to help me drink it

in all as my first attempt more than happy with the results and will keep this in my list of kits to make but might try it with dark spray malt next time
