tom caxton success

i cracked open the tom caxton real ale which i brewed on 01/09 with coopers enhancer and full hop sachet and bottled on 09/09 yesterday and it was very nice. :grin: i drank the first bottle (1l) at room temp and the second chilled. prefered room temp as i normally do. a good ale for being so young should mature into a real belter. : now to get the next one started.... :hmm:

Try a coopers IPA with brew enhancer, its very pleasant. :thumb:
