Im just about to rack off 5 gal of dark beer. Very dark/treacle brown sugar and black malt stuff!!
It started at 1042 and is currently 1002. I`m just wondering about fining it once it is racked off! Two question really then...Will there be enough sugar to create a secondary fermentation after fining. And the second is how long should I leave it after fining as I wont be able to see any clarity! :thumb: : Thanks anyone.
