Hi all

Being a noob and brewing my first Munton's Winter Warmer, they state that the brew should be moved into a second formenter after 2-3 days.

This is now my 4 day and a bit I'm unsure about this as there is still activity going on with bubbles on the surface etc.

Should I wait a bit longer or move it ?

All help greatly appreciated.

Thanks for that.

In your opinion how long should it stay in the secondary before I bottle it ?

Thanks again.

I leave mine in primary for 3 weeks then rack to a bottling bucket to prime and bottle. I rarely, if ever bother with secondary. Leave it alone and it'll be fine.

but if you do use secondary give it a week 10 days in primary and 4 or 5 days in secondary, will be as clear as a bell ( nearly ) when you then bottle and you will get minimal deposit in the bottle.
+1 for secondary vessel.
