Hey everyone.
So my Wherry kit brew is coming along nicely (or its currently breeding an infection as I type this hahaha!).
My goal is to to build and run a small garage all grain system eventually but for now, baby steps!
About to start considering my next brew.
Does anyone happen to know of a brew kit available by Bass? I should search I know.
I love a drop of Bass and there are some links with my end of the country that draw me to give a brew a go.
Maybe it'll be the first step towards all grain if there's not kit :D

Bass don't do kits - but if they did.... :D

The bad news is that it's difficult to make a n exact copy of a beer like Bass even doing all grain brewing. The good news is that it's also easy to make something better than a beer like Bass using all grain. But start with a kit or two, and maybe add some Northern Brewer hops ( Bass uses them). Then have a go at extract brewing, using a recipe for Bass, using some light malt extract in place of the pale malt. And then have a crack at the all grain recipe.

19 L all-grain
OG = 1.049 FG = 1.010
IBU = 32 SRM = 17 ABV = 5.0%

0.45 kg crystal malt 60
21 g roasted barley
Northern Brewer hops (60 mins) 25 g of 9% AA

1 tsp. Irish moss (15 mins)
