hi guys
had 2 questions- my brupak tripel and coopers aus lager and stout are nearly ready for bottling- grav of belgian is about 1.13 and other two are a little lower. so nearly there- hopefully in the next day or two. But my question is, is it better to leave them in the fv for 2 weeks total or so before bottling (even after they're done)? I think this will only improve them, but wanted to check
also, I didn't have a hydro when starting the belgian, so was wondering if anyone might be able to help me with a rough original grav for it? I used the candi sugar included in the pack
thanks
