I'm looking forward to this in the morning; the recipe courtesy of Brew365 which I've adjusted to 66IBU and 6.5%ABV.

I've never tasted the real thing, and the brewery no longer brews this ale any more, but all of the reviews I have read are fab :thumb:

Lovely day for brewing

Do they still brew it Barry?

What's the spread for tomorrow's game?

I got a very good efficiency, so I sparged an extra 2L and adjusted the hops and ended up with just under 24.5L at SG 1060 :D

Yes, they still brew it. It's one of their main beers. For awhile, I couldn't get it here in Wisconsin because they stopped distributing to my state. They got that sorted and are now back!

The Packers played horribly yesterday and lost 22-30 to the San Francisco 49ers.

I watched most of the 1st half, the 9ers have a very strong D, could be a rematch in the playoffs?

Wow, this is good. Just having a sample after bottling for 10 days, it reminds me of Sarah Hughes Dark Ruby as an APA :thumb: I'll try and keep my grubby paws off it for a few more weeks.
