Thornbridge Big Easy

I know the subject of low / no alcohol beer is an evocative one on the forum so I'll tread carefully.

Just had a Thornbridge Big Easy as I'm off any quantity of booze for a while and I have to say it's the nicest low alcohol beer I've ever had. Only 0.5% so it's a good one to look out for if you fancy "a beer" without the alcohol hit to go with it.

Followed it with a Peroni 0% which by contrast was revolting in my opinion. Tastes like unfermeted wort. Horribly malty.

Pale Ale. "Full of flavour but low in alcohol. Big Easy overflows with sublime American hops which produce a beautiful bouquet of lemon, peach and apricot."

Sounds worth a try. Have you tried Nanny State and if so how would you rate them to each other.

Funny you should mention Nanny State. I had a can of that straight after. I would rate the Thornbridge one much better but that could be personal preference.
