I'm thinking of buying one of these and using it for BIAB. Does anyone have any experience of this?

They sell a bag specifically for the boiler so I was thinking of mashing with that, then just removing the bag, topping up the water a bit if needed and then boiling?

Would this work? Really want to move to all grain and this is really the only way I can afford to.

This is what I've done up to now with reasonable success as far as getting a good OG but having difficulty with clearing the finished brew. I suspect it's the result of squeezing the bag as I use a fairly tight weave. I understand that this action removes proteins from the grain into your wort. When mashing wrap the boiler up in something cozy - you get a more accurate temperature that trying to use a thermostat and allowing the element to heat up the mash.

Thanks folks! Looks like I may able to start all grain brewing tomorrow. :D
