I syphoned my plumb wine into a clean DJ a day after it stopped fermenting, added a campden tablet etc... looking at these forums more, I'm worried I didn't give the yeast time to clear up whatevers leftover, and people say this can give you an upset stomach etc... will this make me sick? Is there anyway to test if its okay to drink, or shall I have one small glass when its clear and see how I feel?

Thanke

no problem as far as i can see the yeast will continue doing its thing and drop out
a campden tablet wont stop the yeast fermenting,
you wine will benefit from further bulk maturation in a dj.... :thumb:

In my (limited) experience, plum takes at least 6 months to be better than merely acceptable anyway, so if you just leave it somewhere dark and cool for ages, you'll probably find some more yeast and other solids drop out, and then you can bottle.
I don't think it'll make you ill if you drink it now, except the bit of yeast that's left might make you farty.
