MEB recommended it... I bought it...

I've just ditched work for 30 mins to flick through it.... WOW! I'm gunna enjoy this!

500 odd pages of every kind of meat and every cut you can think of, complete with cooking ideas and even more info than you can shake a stick at for less than £20!!!!

I'm now recommending it to everyone that even remotely likes cooking LOL
 
It is VERY good aye? Not many parts of an animal Hugh doesn't eat. I rate it as the best book on meat i've read.
 
bugger! i just realised i left it at work! I was gunna read some of it tonight :cry:

ahh well, a bit of lunchtime reading wont hurt :P

MEB - hell yeah! i love that it shows you each cut of a lamb, cow, and pig and what to look for in meat when you're at the butchers etc... it's awesome! :thumb:
