Might have just hit the jackpot with a Tri Clover idea I`ve thought of this morning :D whilst working out how to get the recirc pipework into the MT. Betler had mentioned something in another thread a few weeks back where I suggested the use of a beer coupler spout, I`ve now taken the idea further.
One simple 21mm hole through both skins of the thermo pot, a few washers, a triclover fitting and a spout.

Now think of all the other triclover fittings that could be used, ballvalves etc. :?:

If you don't have a spout , what about using anyother 1/2 bsp threaded fitting  :?:

Gone a little mad with the idea, will now be fitting the sparge arm , not strictly requiring a triclover fitting but will make an ideal extra port for the triclover thermowell :)
