So I opened a bottle of my first brewed batch yesterday and wow! It literally EXPLODED out of the bottle, I think there was only 20% left in the bottle so I didn't taste to see if it was an infection, I will leave that to find out tonight as I seem to remember priming one individually and then moved to batch priming so that one may be well over primed. My comment on this though was - when you have a gusher! WOW! Do they go!

The other thing I wanted a comment on was the I brewed a Bavarian Weisbier yesterday from a Brupaks mash kit (i.e. it had grain) but the SG and OG missed by some way (had an OG of 1.03!) so I added 0.5KG of sugar I had in the cupboard as heard that should add around 0.8 points to 0.38 and give a more respectable 3.8% FG - a little low for the style but I didn't want to affect the taste too much. I have never missed a OG by that much, so I was disappointed with the kit in general. Anyway, I pitched the yeast yesterday and noticed that there is a slight Krausen forming, but more importantly in my mind, a lot of streaking on the FV - anyone seen this before?

Be careful with the gushers with temperature. I had a stout in the spring that gushed when I opened it. In the summer, they started exploding in the shed! I guess you won't have that environmental problem but just warning in case they accidentally get left somewhere warm.

Would need more info on your brew day to find out what happened to your wheat. The picture just looks like to could be CO2.

How long ago were they bottled? If it's 3-4 months and previous samples were OK, you may have an infection as they tend to appear later rather than sooner. If it's only a few weeks then it's probably over-primed or hadn't finished.

And as pointed out above, be careful, they may still be going and you'll soon have flying glass. I had several explode in the house last year (infections), thankfully they were in plastic crates.
 
I have tried another since and no issue - it has been brewed about 8 weeks - I think I know what happened though - I tried to bottle prime the beer and after attempting one, batch primed but still poured into that bottle!!! Silly....

On the streaky brew - it seems to have disappeared - the brew had a strong primary for 2 days (Sat/Sun) but has stopped bubbling now - will leave it a month in Primary and then bottle - hoping it will be fine.
