I have this old book, are the wine recipes featured as good today, most recipes contain concentrated Grape. theres a few interesting Country Wines?

Is it by Ben Turner? Then I have copies of this and another book he wrote. They are good recipe's for country wines rather than the juice concentrate recipe's as published on this forum but very good in their own right.

Yes its by Ben Turner.

Ben T's book are all good, he did a few for both Boots and M&S in the 60s and 70s, I'd recommend them over CJJB's who always proposed far too much sugar in his recipe's.
