I've just went through my hop freezer and was shocked to see what's in it! the plan from now on will be to keep a log of everything i have in stock and design beers to use them. Here's what i have in hops

Hallertauer Mittelfrue 3.9% 100g

Hallertauer Hersbrucker 2% (2006) 44g
Willamet 4% (2006) 85g
Challenger 6.5% (2006) 75g
Stryian Goldings 2.6% (2006) 200g
Amarillo 4% 115g
First Gold 8.3 20g
Chinook pellets 12% 70g
Horizon pellets 9.3% 45g
200g of unknown hops

There's also 18 types of grain including the maris otter in the grain store
Guess i better get brewing :)

I use Beersmiths "Inventory" to keep track of my stock. :thumb:
