after 22 months of brewing many kits including Coopers, Milestones, John Bull, Tom Caxton,Woodfordes,Youngs and Magnum, extract brews - summer ale, heather ale, way to amarillo, cascade ale, stout, and many more, I've finally grown a pair of spuds and let them drop and dangle in the cool spring air and go to the dark side! Bought most of my stuff tonight but aiming for a Queens Jubilee bank holiday monday brew day.
Calum (dunfie) has helped me immensely and gave me a recipe to try out first of all for an snpa, cant wait for it.
cheers troops.
