Just racking off a teyberry wine
6ib of teyberrys
1 litres of RGJ ( Wilkes I think the one that's got the concord grapes )
half a bottle of red win concentrate from frozen ( just something I had in Freezer )
1 crushed campden tablet
1 tsp pectic enzyme
3.5 Lbs of sugar
2 tsp of yeast nutrients
water 2 two gallon
This came out really really nice just had a mouthful wile racking ( rude not to )and I must admit this is the best wine I have made so far very fruity nice colour now all I must do is keep it until Xmas ( hard I know) as this will go lovely with the Xmas dinner
