It's like drinking silk. Super smooth and lovely full body.
Chocolate, slight roastiness, mild chilli. Followed by a perfect balance of hops (mainly centennial I think).
One for the list of brews to do.
I'm always inspired by this dude, Mikkeller beers never disappoint!

Sorry all, I should have been more clear! It's a commercial brew, by Mikkeller. It's called Texas Ranger and the recipe is in his book.
Bloody lovely take on a porter.
