I'm feeling much the same reading this thread, a combination of being thoroughly impressed and embarrassed that I've not been able to put anything to brew on recently! Well done Lisa, you've really put some brilliant sounding beers on .

So brewday is done - very pleased with this, as I beat my expected OG and my overall efficiencies were higher than normal. Almost got the numbers dialled in now.

Hi, have you used biscuit malt before? I have been considering using it in a Pilsner for extra depth, would be interesting to hear what you think to it

At the moment it's only 3 weeks old, but the biscuit is starting to come through at the end. I like it. I used 6% I think.
