Hi all,
After kit brewing for a little while, I've pretty much kitted up for small batch partial mash brews.
My tap water quality isn't great and I've seemed to get better results using shop bought still water.
I have three brews in mind. A light pale ale, with some tropical hops thrown at it. A vanilla porter and probably a premium Amber ale.
They will be three gallon brews and I intend to use Tesco Ashbeck water unless anyone can advise better.
What will I need to do, if at all anything to the Ashbeck to get it in good shape for the three styles I'm aiming for?
As I say, a newbie to partial mashing and I want to make sure the water is as good as it can be before brew day.
Thanks in advance for all your help
