my barrell has been in a 18c room for few days for second fermentation - i have another room at 10c am i better off moving it to the cooler room to mature ( or is that too cold?)

i shouldn't think there'll be a problem putting it in 10'c after it's been at 18'c for a couple of weeks for the secondary. :thumb:

someone will correct me if i'm wrong though ;)
 
I think around 10c should be just right :thumb: Personally mine just get dumped in the shed, i do put them in the fridge in the summer but nothing fancy. I hope to have a new system for this summer if it arrives :roll:
