Whoaaaaa! This just brought to my attention - the famous brackets.

Got this to say - be careful drilling the plastic enclosure - the relay is on the inside rear casing, and there are obviously wires and switches. The instrument itself is located very close to the rear as well.

Ok, the brackets.

Look at the picture that PD has put above. You see that little lug poking out in the centre of the cross? That locates in the similarly-sized hole in the rear of the enclosure. Then you use the smaller of the screws to fix that to the enclosure.

This will leave two parts of the cross poking out around at each corner. Place the unit up against your mounting surface and mark on the wall where your mounting screws will go.

Use the four rawlplugs and the remaining longer screws to fit the unit in place.

I hope this helps. I hadn't known until now that there was something missing in what I'm posting out - ie, instructions for the brackets.

Just one other thing. PD above mentions, "drill a hole slightly smaller than the complete unit and use the gasket". This line in the manual (and PD has the TLZ-11 single output controller, NOT the STC) refers ONLY to the mounting of the instrument in the enclosure, and has nothing to do with fixing the unit to a wall etc. The 'gasket' is the seal around the instrument to keep IP67 or whatever it is (ingress protection).

Please, any queries about this or any other to do with any of the controllers, let me know asap. I will in future enclose guidelines.

Regards

Tim
