Supermarket Mango Juice Recipe

hi Folks just joined the site and pretty new to wine making, i have bought 5 litres of supermarket mango juice drink (not concentrated juice ) any easy recipes for a gallon of mango wine for this juice please cheers . :

It has incredible amounts of pulp. Strain it through something fairly fine before you start and expect to rack it off a deep pulp layer at least once. Also leave plenty of headspace at the beginning as the pulp makes it foam up a lot.
