Hi folks
Another one returning to the DJ fold after many years away, slowly getting back into things after a few pinot kits and have now moved into more adventurous territory(dandelion wine racking for a year now - plum wine didnt last that long, elderberry also maturing nicely in the winerack).
looking forward to more trying out a few odd ones - must say the coffee wine raised an eyebrow :thumb:
